The space
“Studio” – is located on the ground floor in big The Tree House By The Beach and has its own entrance and screened in porch. Great for a couple or single who do not need a full kitchen. High ceilings and lovely lush gardens. Yet villa is quiet and set back from Stubbs road and provides quiet enjoyment for rest and relaxation. It is close to all the fun places ,snorkeling, restaurants and bars, a walk to Fish Fry on Thursday nights. There is queen size bed, sitting area both inside and out, flat screen TV, alarm system, safe, microwave, inversion hot plate, fridge, water cooler, full shower and custom designed bathroom. Studio has air conditioning and BBQ. Studio is open concept floor plan, with high ceiling with total of 700 sqf. There is also big furnished private verandah with breakfast table, chair and sofa and with beautiful view of the tropical gardens. Studio has access to pool and washer and dryer room.

Guest access
You will receive detailed instructions after your booking is finalized on how to access villa and your suite. Door code will be provided to you on your arrival day or few days before. Each door in villa is coded and alarm secured. We are available 24/7 for any communication via email/ phone. Guest have a direct access to the rental from the parking lot.

Other things to note
Please note that 12 % occupancy tax is included in the price. Should you require extra cleaning services these can be arranged with the added expense going to the guests.
**The electricity consumption is monitored. The first $150 are included in the rental. Extra usage will be billed to the guests at the current rate per kilowatt/hour** and will be covered with damage deposit.
