We will stay here again.
We had a great time at The Treehouse by Grace Beach! The property is only a 1.5 minute walk to one of the best reefs to snorkel on the island! Great location!! We took an all day snorkeling tour and they picked us up right on the beach - about a 4 minute walk which was so convenient. Ivan and Gena are very communicative and want to make sure your stay is fantastic. The property manager is fantastic and always asking if there is anything you need. We will stay here again.

Overall a very nice place to stay.
Had to call because there wasn’t enough supply such as toilet paper, paper towel, towels, and only a few trash bags. There was a hole in the closet that led to a laundry room that was a bit creepy. Communication was fairly quick. Also rented a car which was a good price.

Fantastic hosts!
Ivan and Gena were fantastic hosts! The Tree House truly is a rare find! They were so accommodating and thoughtful. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay! They were very responsive and checked on us throughout the trip. They also provided detailed recommendations for restaurants and activities, beach towels, beach chairs, and so much more. I was in town to celebrate my birthday, and Ivan was nice enough to have the gardener get some coconuts for us from their coconut tree. The property was beautiful and a short walk from the beach. We loved sitting on the porch in the mornings and listening to music while we enjoyed the weather.

Super clean
If I could give 10 Stars, I would!! The Presidential Suite in the Blue Tree House was absolutely amazing... Wide open and super clean -- the pictures don't do the justice... Gena was amazing with communication and so helpful.. Ivan was onsite and checked with us a couple of times just to make sure we didn't need anything. Definitely will stay here again when we visit... I'll be highly recommending this Airbnb to my traveling clients :)

Comfortable.
We had a wonderful vacation while staying in Ivan & Gena's place. Their home is roomy & comfortable.
It's a 3 minute walk to the beautiful Grace Bay Beach & Princess Alexandra National Park. The location is also convenient to stores, Taylor Beach & many popular restaurants. I would definitely go back & stay there again.
