We highly recommend staying at the Tree House. Ana’ Suite has a beautiful wrap around deck to sit out in the evening. Home is very comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. It’s a 3 minute walk to the beach and the coral reef preserve.
Ivan&Gena we’re great hosts
This location is in a great spot. So close to everything in town to be able to explore and such.
This house was great and in an excellent location. The beach was a two minute walk. Ivan & Gena were great and communication was excellent and they answered all my questions almost immediately. I definitely recommend this location 🙌
Nice place for a few days if relaxing
Ivan & Gena were amazing hosts. Always responsive to questions through the app or text. The optional car rental was great and saved me a bunch of money on a car rental. The tree house is close to a great beach with snorkelling. The somewhere cafe is also close by and it was a great little beach bar.
The house is as described and the patio was great for breakfast in the morning before heading out to the beach.
This place is a gem and a very classic Caribbean style home! We’ve stayed at several places in TCI and found this to be the most charming of them all! Ivan&Gena were very communicative and provided excellent detailed instructions prior to arrival and throughout our stay. Additionally, they have most all of these important notes very clearly written in the unit as well. The outdoor shower was so nice to rinse of after a day at the beach, and the cooler, umbrellas, chairs and floats are all for your use! A quick 5 minute walk to pristine beaches, there are several resorts on Grace Bay where beach access is, but it did not feel overly crowded during our New Years stay. We found the queen bed to be firm and not very comfortable, but the twins were great! There were plenty of bath towels of great quality! Note - this home does not have central air (2 wall units) and has Caribbean style shutter windows with screens, the laundry and pool are also shared amenities (laundry is not in-unit).
Ivan & Gena were friendly and communicative. The home was exactly what we needed. Huge wraparound deck, full kitchen to cook, and a two minute walk to the beach. We’ll be back next time we’re in T&C.
