The location is perfect
This was my second time staying at one of Ivan&Gena's properties. My second experience was just as wonderful as my first! They were very accommodating and very fast in responding back if we had any questions or concerns. The location is perfect and it is just a 3 min walk to the beautiful beach! We rented their car which made transportation a lot better to get around the Island. I will continue to book with them each time I visit Turks & Caicos.

The place was great. Beds were comfortable.
The condo was clean. Kitchen had everything we needed for making meals. The location is great, just a few steps from the beach. We felt very safe and comfortable. Will most likely come back.

We had a great stay.
Ivan and Gena did a fantastic job of communicating check-in instructions and other relevant information. The location is great. It's a short, 2 minute walk to the beach, where there is plenty of open beach access and great snorkeling. We saw a steady stream of people from other hotels walking over to snorkel at the spot that's next to where our beach access was. The hosts also conveniently provided chairs, towels, and an umbrella to use at the beach. The grounds are beautiful as well. It was so nice to sit on the patio surrounded by the trees and blooming bougainvillea. Overall the house was a great value.
