The space
“Garden Suite” - is a private entrance ground floor 2bedroom/1bathroom rental in big The Tree House By The Beach. There are two bedrooms: each with queen size beds. The space is generous and very comfortable about 1200 sqf in total. One full bathroom serves all space. Living room has flat screen TV. Livingroom, dining and kitchen area is one big open space. The villa comes fully-equipped with high speed internet, TV, metered air-conditioning (in both bedrooms not in common area) and a fully-stocked kitchen and linen closet. Kitchen is very well equipped with water cooler, fridge, ceiling fans, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, electrical boiling kettle,pots, pan cutlery, plates, cups, glasses, etc. . There is also big patio with breakfast table and chairs and with beautiful view of the tropical gardens and pool. There is a safe to store valuable items. The rental has all you need for your vacation. The garden around the house incorporates a covered lounge/sitting, chairs, umbrella, beach towels and swimming pool allowing all guests to experience the outside living of Caribbean island. For your fun and comfort, we offer playing cards, books, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, and beach cooler. Washer and dryer are included to make beach living easy for stay over 7 days.Great for family or friends of 5. Enjoy swimming and snorkeling at the world-famous crystal waters of Turks and Caicos-Grace Bay just steps away. Guest access
You will receive detailed instructions after your booking is finalized on how to access villa and your suite. Door code will be provided to you on your arrival day or few days before. Each door in villa is coded and alarm secured. We are available 24/7 for any communication via email/ phone. Guest have a direct access to the rental from the parking lot.

Other things to note
Please note that 12 % occupancy tax is included in the price. Should you require extra cleaning services these can be arranged with the added expense going to the guests.
**The electricity consumption is monitored. The first $150 are included in the rental. Extra usage will be billed to the guests at the current rate per kilowatt/hour** and will be covered with damage deposit.
