The Space
This brand-new 2-bedroom villa with private pool, completed in March 2026, is located just 80 steps from Grace Bay Beach. The home sits in a quiet, private enclave, away from traffic and passersby, yet close to everything. Coral Gardens Reef, one of the island’s best snorkeling spots, is only a short distance away.

The villa offers beautiful outdoor living spaces including a private pool, spacious deck with loungers, dining patio with BBQ, and a screened porch for dining, all surrounded by lush tropical landscaping.
Inside, on the second floor the villa features two spacious air-conditioned bedrooms—one with a king bed with TV, make up table and ensuite bathroom with bathtub and the other with a 2 queen XL beds that turns into king, and ensuite bathroom with shower. Large sliding doors create a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.
