Completed in March 2026, this brand-new villa is thoughtfully designed for comfort, privacy, and seamless indoor-outdoor living. Surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, the property features multiple outdoor spaces, including a private pool, expansive sun deck with loungers, a covered patio with BBQ and dining for six, and a large screened porch that offers both privacy and protection from insects.
Inside, the villa offers two spacious, fully air-conditioned bedrooms:
A primary suite with a king bed, ensuite bathroom with bathtub, and 50” TV
A second bedroom with two Twin XL beds (convertible to a king), ensuite bathroom with shower
Both bedrooms feature large sliding/French doors, allowing you to fully enjoy the indoor-outdoor Caribbean lifestyle.
The open-concept living area includes a fully equipped modern kitchen with high-end appliances, including a French-door refrigerator with ice and filtered water, stove, oven, dishwasher, and both Nespresso and drip coffee machines.

Beautiful View, Perfect Location
We had an incredible stay at Gena and Ivan’s villa in Turks and Caicos. The home is brand new, beautifully designed, and just steps from Grace Bay Beach. The location really could not be better.
The villa truly has everything you could need. It was spotless, thoughtfully equipped, and the private pool was a huge highlight. There are two bedrooms, both with their own ensuite bathrooms, which made it feel very comfortable and private. The WiFi was fast and reliable, and each bedroom has its own desk, which is perfect for remote workers who need privacy.
Gena and Ivan were amazing hosts. They were very responsive, organized, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless. Their instructions and recommendations were clear and made the whole experience easy from start to finish.
Overall a 10 out of 10 experience. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and would love to come back.

We enjoyed our stay
Gena and Ivan were beyond accommodating! Our group booked their while on the island due to our original booked Airbnb having issues and being cancelled. Gena responded within minutes of us booking and explaining the issue. By the time we reached the property, we had all the checkin instructions and Gena walked us through checking in. There was a small issue with a leak in the downstairs bathroom and again, Gena was proactive and fixed the issue immediately despite us sharing that it was not impacting us. The property is a short walk to the beach and local to the nightlife and other activities. My group consisted of all women and we felt 100% safe in the area. The home was in pristine condition and beach amenities provided. We plan to return again before the year is out and will be booking with Gena and Ivan again.
